Contemporary Western and Nordic jazz

Allan Järve is a trumpet player from Estonia who’s mainly active in the field of jazz and pop. He has played with many known Estonian and international artists such as Bob Mintzer, James Morrison, Lizz Wright, Shayna Steele, Nils Landgren etc. As a sideman he’s been an active studio musician present on dozens of albums. The ensemble plays Allan Järve’s creations from their debut album „Blinding Yesterday., which are inspired by Western and Nordic jazz. The composition,  which harmonizes with each other, offers unique moments to both the listeners and the musicians themselves. To share the stage with him, he has asked musicians who do not need a long introduction and with whom he has played music in various projects over the years. The album features eight original songs whose style is interwoven with Nordic and Western styles from jazz. The album was released on February 15 of this year and is available as follows
in both digital and physical form. You can read more about Hedvig Hanson on the record in a review written by:
