His new album out is „Eight Moments“. He received a Diploma in music from the higher institute of music Damascus. Will present some of his compositions and also his arrangements of  some of the great tunes composed by Pat Metheny. from albums with Roy Haynes, Dave Holland, Jaco Pastorius, Bob Moses, Lyle Mays etc including tunes like: James, Song for Bilbao, Change of heart, etc…
Arik Strauss, from Israel, will present some material from the new album „In Spite of All“,  released in September 2016 by Dot Time Records, and new material which he composed  after arriving in Berlin this summer after living in Jerusalem and New York. In his refined and passionate music Strauss brings together different styles of jazz – classical, latin and modern.
