Roman Ott ist ein Ausnahmetalent am Saxofon, sein unverwechselbar eigener Sound und sein Saxofonspiel muss man selbst erleben, um die «good old magic» zu spüren. Er wird songs seines neuen Albums «hey ro» vorstellen, dass auf dem international rennomierten Label Fresh Sound erschienen ist. Die Musiker, mit denen Roman Ott uns sein neues Album präsentieren wird, gehören ausnahmslos zur Elite des modernen Jazz. Ein intensives Musikerlebnismit Ehrlichkeit und Tiefe.

Uri Gincel is one of the most in demand and respected Jazz pianists in Berlin. Uri ́s style can be described as heavily rooted in tradition but with sensibility and understanding of bringing jazz into the modern age. His playing is dynamic, lyrical and above full of energy and power! Born in Tel-Aviv, Gincel came to Berlin in 2009 and quickly became an influential part of the Jazz scene, Uri toured the world with many projects, including „Uri Gincel Trio” and “Bonaparte” and studied under some major musicians as Arnie Lawrence and Walter Blending Jr.

Lars Gühlcke started with guitar, then studied double bass in Amsterdam and Hilversum. Since 1996 he has been a permanent member of the Ed Kröger Quartet with guest soloist Romy Camerun. After a stay in New York City and numerous concerts in Germany and abroad, he lives since 2000 in Berlin and works as a freelance musician. He appeared several times on television and radio.

In the past 15 years Peter Gall made a name for himself as masterful meter and composer in various bands, for instance Subtone or Roberto Di Gioia’s Web Web. Gall’s drumming can be heard on over 30 albums to date, among them his brother Chris’ trio and the Rainer Böhm Quartet. His versatility could be proven on stage with luminaries like guitar hero Kurt Rosenwinkel, world famous bass baritone Thomas Quasthoff, the German rap-artist Max Herre as well as the New York Voices.
